Old Ideas World Tour 2012

            The canadian legend will hit Bucharest again on September 22nd to promote his newest album, Old Ideas. His unique baritonal voice will sound this time in the Constitutiei Square in Bucharest.

            Old Ideas World Tour 2012 comes after the staggering success of his latest tour (2008 – 2010), one wich took the artist several times around the planet, and gathered the love and appreciation of millions.

On his return to Bucharest, the beloved artist will perform the hits that made him a living legend plus new songs, taken from his latest album. Old Ideas was very well recieved in the entire world, managing to top the charts in many countries, in the first week after the launch, wich represents a premiere even for a world renowned artist as Leonard Cohen.

The artist's career spreads over no less than six decades, in wich his creation became a strongpoint of music and poetry. Classic albums such as Songs of Leonard Cohen (1967), The Future (1993) and Ten New Songs (2001) have brought him fame and glory, his contribution to the music industry being rewarded with induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. His songs were covered by famous bands and artists as U2, REM, Nick Cave, or the late Johnny Cash.
