Fan-Report - Conditions of participation
At Eventim.ro we provide you with the possibility to deliver feedback to every event or venue you’ve attended. Please notice the following conditions of participation:
• The report must contain at least 100 characters (written feedback is optional for the venue report).
• Contributions that don't include feedback to any event will be deleted immediately. A Q&A on our order process is available in the Help & Contact section.
• Your report may not include email addresses, telephone numbers, URLs, links to other websites or other personal data.
• Your report may not refer to another fan report, since the latter might be deleted or changed later on.
• Naturally reviews must not include any content that is irrelevant, deliberately untrue, defamatory, derogatory, libellous, indecent or pornographic, or which otherwise constitutes a punishable offence, infringes any kind of third-party rights, propagates political, ideological or religious beliefs, or which is considered to be advertising.
• The Eventim.ro reserves the right to remove content without specifying a reason.
• The author shall ensure that he or she holds all the rights in respect of content provided for publication and grants Eventim.ro unlimited rights to use and exploit the content provided, without restrictions as to time, place or content, in particular as part of the online services provided by Eventim.ro
• The author is responsible for the content provided and shall hold Eventim.ro free of any third-party claims lodged against Eventim.ro on account of the content provided by the author for publication.
• Eventim.ro shall not accept any liability for the correctness, quality or completeness of content contributed by users. The published reports and ratings may not be construed as the opinion of Eventim.ro.
