How does Print@Home work?

Print@Home tickets are on offer on the internet platform of Eventim.RO www.eventim.ro - choose the type of delivery print@home. The seats are booked from the uniform Eventim.RO database, there is therefore no Print@Home quota. After the tickets have been chosen, Print@Home is chosen as type of delivery. All online methods of payments i.e. VISA and Mastercard credit cards as well as PayBox and NetPay can be used to pay for a Print@Home ticket. After the successful online payment and booking a link is opened where the Print@Home ticket can be printed immediately. At the same time this link is sent again to the customer via e-mail so that the ticket can be printed later or from another computer. The requirements to print are that the program „Acrobat Reader“ version 5.0 or above is installed. The ticket can be printed in colour or B/W on any standard laser or inkjet printer with a clear typeface.

How secure is a Print@Home ticket?

Just as secure as a normal ticket. Print@Home tickets are read individually during admission by an admission control system. With this ticket only one person can enter an event location once. It is therefore important to store the ticket securely and to not make it or the link available to other people. In the case of copies or multiple prints only the first person has the possibilty to pass the admission control. The purchaser is liable to the promoter for any multiple prints or copies.

How does admission control take place?

At the event there is at least one entrance with admission control fro all areas for which Print@Home tickets were sold. The tickets are controlled either with a hand scanner or by the admission control system that is installed at the location. Promoters and venues receive the admission control hard and software from Eventim.RO. Print@Home tickets are only available from Eventim.RO for those events where an electronic admission control is installed.< /br> When does the electronic admission control not accept a Print@Home ticket?

- A ticket that, after issue, was not paid respectively cancelled is automatically recognised by the admission control as a barred ticket and admission will not be granted. The promoter reserves the right to take civil and criminal legal action against persons who gain unauthorised admission or otherwise misused tickets.

- The barcode has already been identified and cancelled by the electronic admission control because somebody has used a copy to gain admission.

- The barcode can not be read.

- Up to what point before an event are Print@Home tickets available

- The great advantage of Print@Home technology is that the ticket can be purchased up to the last minute (as long as the promoter allows advance sales or as long as tickets are available). But: the first who comes gets the best seat, also applies to the Print@Home ticket.
