Description

Situated in the heart of Bucharest (Revolution Square), the PALLACE HALL is a modern building, next to the Royal Palace, currently the National Art Museum of Romania. Thanks to its hight-quality facilities, the PALLACE HALL asserted itself over the years as an important cultural institution, hosting many exhibitins and international reunions.


The Great Hall hosts a great diversity of events. It can seat 4060 people and is built in the shape of an amphitheater, with a difference of level of maximum 12 m. It is equipped with professional sound amplification systems, state-of-the-art lighting devices, cinema projection: 35-70 mm. 
The stage has a total span of 20 meters and is 15 meters long. Numerous personalities of musical life and prodigious orchestras both from Romania and from abroad have enjoyed the elegant setting of the Great Palace Hall. 
The Great Hall is also equipped with technical facilities for simultaneous translation into six languages ; likewise, it is possible to use the adjoining rooms: reception halls, halls for the organization of receptions and cocktail parties, press conferences, closed-circuit TV. 
The Palace Hall provides a very generous space, both as regards the capacity (4060 seats), and as regards the stage ( front span of 28 meters ) , its depth (15 meters), and, not least, as regards the professional technical stage fittings.
