Registration

How can I change my email address?
To change your e-mail address, log-in to our homepage or, if you are already logged in, click on „my account“. Here you can change your e-mail address at „ change e-mail address“. Afterwards you will receive an e-mail which will be sent to your new e-mail account. Don’t forget to click on the link which is denoted in the e-mail you will receive from us in order to confirm your changes.




Why do I have to state an additional delivery address?
You do not have to state an additional address but you may save up to 5 delivery addresses in your account. These can be different from your billing address if for example you want to send tickets as a gift or you are not at home during the day and you want them delivered to your office address or your secondary residence.

You can save up to 5 delivery addresses with names (e.g. home, work....) and then choose the appropriate address for delivery.

I forgot my password. What can I do about it?

I can’t remember my Log-In data anymore. What should I do?
Your Log-In consists of your e-mail address and your password. If you forgot your password, you will find help in „Forgot password“. The link can be found below the Log-In box.

Shopping Process

How do I find an event?
Beside browsing our pages, you can always use the Quick Search box (top of the page) or the more detailed Advanced Search page.
Why can’t I find the event of my choice in the category search?
Because of the merging of several systems it can happen in the first few months of the new platform that not all events are shown in the right categories. Therefore please always try the quick search or the detailed search without the use of category if you can’t find an event under category
Why do Eventim.RO tickets have another price as is given on the official home page of the event?
Eventim.RO is responsible for the reservation, booking and delivery or provision of advance sale tickets. Therefore we charge advance sale and delivery or provision fees. Very often the ticket price without any fees is given on the official home page of the event.
When tickets are ordered by automatic bank debit transfer why does it take 7 days after a successful transfer for delivery or pick up?
If incorrect information is given the bank can, according to bank statutes, re-call the amount transferred within 5 working days.
Why can tickets only be picked up in the designated Eventim.RO centres?
The many sales outlets are licensees of the trade mark Eventim.RO. Services (e.g. pick up of tickets ordered ) of the firm Eventim.RO are available in its own offices.
Why can I not order by automatic bank debit transfer from abroad?
According to Romanian banking laws it is not possible to debit a foreign account automatically.
Why does Eventim.RO not offer the possibility of pick up at the box office for all events?
Due to the multitude of events that Eventim.RO offers it is for organisational and promoter specific reasons not possible for all events.
Why can't I purchase Wheel Chair Tickets online?
For technical reasons it is not possible for us at the moment to activate the ordering of tickets for wheelchair places directly on the internet.

The return of purchased tickets
In the EU, you have the right to cancel an online order within seven working days.
This “cooling-off” period starts on the day you receive the product.
You can cancel the order for any reason, even if you simply changed your mind.
This rule applies whenever you purchase products without visiting a physical store – for example, when ordering by phone, fax, mail, or online.

Excluded Products
The seven-day period does not apply to the following products:
Event tickets, airline and train tickets, and hotel reservations.

Ticket returns for concerts are only possible if the event is postponed or canceled.

Payment, Pickup and Delivery Methods

Where can I pick up the tickets?
You can pick up your ticket(s) at the Eventim Romania Centers after succesful payment:

Eventim.RO - Bucharest
Aleksandr Sergheevici Pușkin street, no. 7-9, 3rd floor
Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00.
Saturday from CLOSED
Sunday: CLOSED
Why can tickets only be picked up in the designated Eventim.RO centres?
The many sales outlets are licensees of the trade mark Eventim.RO. Services (e.g. pick up of tickets ordered ) of the firm Eventim.RO are only available in its own offices.
Why can I not order by automatic bank debit transfer from abroad?
According to Romanian banking laws it is not possible to debit a foreign account automatically.

Due to the multitude of events that Eventim.RO offers it is for organisational and promoter specific reasons not possible for all events.
Can I pick up the tickets from the entrance?
No, for the moment this service is not available. Tickets payed by card or by prepayment can be picked up only from Eventim offices.
What terms apply when paying by credit card?
Order Administration Fee: 2% from the total amount.
When paying with credit card you need to show your valid credit card AND official identification (Passport or ID-Card) upon pick-up of the tickets from the Eventim.RO main office, if this is the chosen delivery method. For other delivery methods, Eventim.RO reserves the right to check the validity of your documents and to cancel the purchase in case you cannot our refuse to present them.

Your card will be debited with the open amount (for your own security and comfort creditcard data will only be asked for on last step of shopping process, it will not be stored but handed over encrypted to the payment service provider).

Your credit card payment is handled by S.C. Eventim.RO SRL, Str Popa Petre nr.5, SECTOR 2, 010502 Bucharest, Romania for tickets with prices in RON and by CTS Eventim AG, Contrescarpe 75a, 28195 Bremen / Germany for tickets with prices in euro.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Buyer and credit card owner need to be the same person. Purchases without matching data may be cancelled even without prior notification (amount will automatically be refunded, ticket reservation will expire)

Questions AFTER a successful order

I ordered my tickets a long time ago but have not received them yet. Where are my tickets?
Eventim.RO is a ticket agent and is not responsible for delivery. Delivery times are 2-3 days for Bucharest and 3-5 days for other cities.In special cases (big evets) delivery time is up to 21 working days. If you didn't receive the tickets after these periods, please contact us via the
Formularul de contact.
I ordered tickets on the internet but have not yet received confirmation. Has my order been received?
Please check if our confirmation e-mail has not ended up in the spam folder. It is also possible that you did not receive a confirmation due to a wrong e-mail address or other reasons.
In this case, please contact us via e-mail. Provide your complete name, the date of your order and which event. We will then inform you if your order was received or not.

You also have the possibility to check your ticket reservations when you log in. If your reservation doesn’t occur in „your recent orders,“ please book your tickets again.

Cancellations / Changes

I have bought tickets for an event that has been cancelled. What do I have to do?
Eventim.RO is not the promoter of the events offered and is therefore not liable for the refund of ticket money. However, we do our best to ensure the security of ticket money and therefore normally use the following procedures:

In the case of a cancellation the ticket price excluding all fees (e.g. delivery fees, service fees) will be refunded to the customer.

• The tickets were bought by phone, from our home page www.eventim.ro or from the home page of one of our partners:
Payment made by credit card or debit transfer will be refunded to the credit card/bank accoun if we recive an e-mail on contact@eventim.ro.

If the event did not suffer any cancelation, tickets once paid can not be returned.
Other methods of payment: Please contact us via the Formularul de contact and specify your bank account number (bank code, account number) so we can transfer the amount to your account.

• The tickets were bought at one of our Eventim centers:

Please return the tickets to the respective eventim center. You will then receive the amount in cash or it will be transferred to your account.

• The tickets were bought in an oeticket outlet (Germanos, Vodafone, Orange, or other outlets that sell our tickets).

Please return the tickets where they were bought.
I have bought tickets to an event which has been postponed or relocated. I can not attend the event at the new time/new location. What should I do?
In the case of postponement or relocation, you can return the tickets. The ticket price excluding all fees ( e.g. delivery and service fees ) will be refunded.

• The tickets bought by phone, from our home page www.eventim.ro or from the home page of one of our partners (Germanos, Vodafone, Orange, Domo, Humanitas, Carturesti)

Please return the tickets with an accompanying letter registered to the following address:

Payment made by credit card or debit transfer will automatically be refunded to the credit card/bank account. By other methods of payment please inform us in the accompanying letter of your account number (bank code, account number) the amount will then be transferred to your account.

• The tickets bought at one of our oeticket centers:

Please return the tickets to the respective Eventim center. You will then receive the amount in cash or transferred to your account.

• The tickets were bought in an oeticket outlet (Germanos, Vodafone, Orange or other outlets that sell our tickets).

Please return the tickets to the place where they were bought.

If the event did not suffer any cancelation, tickets once paid can not be returned.

An event was cancelled/postponed/relocated and I was not informed. Why not?
Eventim.RO is not obliged to inform the ticket owner about possible cancellations/postponements/relocations, however, we try to inform all customers as often as possible.
Possible reasons why we did not inform you about the cancellation/postponement/relocation might be:
• We don’t have your contact details or we have wrong or invalid contact information.
• The promoter has not informed us early enough.

Please check as a precaution the website (www.eventim.ro) before you attend the event if there are any changes for your event. In any case, we accept no liability for transportation, hotel or any similar costs related to cancelled/postponed/relocated events.

TICKET INSURANCE - Mondial Assistance

What is "TICKET INSURANCE - Mondial Assistance"
It's bad enough to not be able to attend an event and miss out on the experience.

For just 5,5% of the ticketprice, Ticket insurance grants a refund of the costs for purchased admission tickets according to the Terms & Conditions of Mondial Assistance Partners..

The data protection policy of Mondial Assistance Partners applies.

What is the Event ticket cancellation insurance?

How do I withdraw from the Ticket insurance?
You have the right to withdraw from your insurance contract within 14 calendar days. This must be done in writing (e.g. a letter or email) and sent to:

Withdrawal from an insurance contract terminates any provided insurance coverage or future obligations under the insurance contract. If the insurer has already provided insurance coverage, you will be entitled to a refund only for the part of the insurance premium corresponding to the unused period of coverage. Loss / Theft / Cancellation

I have lost my tickets or they have been stolen. Can you help me?
Tickets are security papers – for which no replacement can be issued in case of loss or theft. If they are positively identifiable seat number tickets we can issue a seat confirmation which will allow admission to the event of your choice.(Only tickets purchased online). In this case please contact us via the
contact form.

If they are standing room tickets or seats that can not be positively identified (tickets were sold to customers without customer data) we unfortunately can not issue a replacement.

If they are print@home tickets the original ticket will be cancelled for a fee of 5 lei .- and a new one will be issued. The old ticket then becomes invalid and will not be accepted by the electronic admission control.

Technical Problems

Why do cookies have to be activated when I use www.oeticket.com ? What are cookies?
Cookies are information that is stored on your hard disk and expand the functionality of the Eventim.RO portal. In the standard configuration your computer accepts cookies but you can change this setting and of course also order from Eventim.RO without cookies but then settings like single click and personalised homepage are no longer available. Eventim.RO does not save personal data in cookies so your privacy is always guaranteed.

Newsletter / Ticket Alarm ÖT Next

How can I register for the Eventim.RO Newsletter?
To register for the Eventim.RO Newsletter go to our homepage www.eventim.ro, enter your e-mail address in the field „Newsletter“ and click „register“. You can then register for one or more of our following newsletter categories.

After registration a confirmation e-mail will be sent in which you confirm your agreement to receipt of the newsletter. With this „double option“ method it is ensured that your data are not misused. Your agreement can, of course, be cancelled at any time ( see also „How can I cancel the newsletter?

What's Eventim.RO Next / Ticket Alarm? How can I register for it?
Eventim.RO Next is a service from Eventim.RO, to make sure you no longer miss any event. On our homepage at Eventim.RO Next you can find a list of artists that may be appearing in Romania soon - be one of the first to be informed of confirmed appearances! Click on to a picture of an artist or „more artists“ to reach the complete list of artists. Here you can enter your e-mail address under the short description of the artist to receive information as soon as an appearance has been confirmed.

How can I cancel the newsletter?
To cancel the Eventim.RO Newsletter click on the „flag“ of the newsletter received and then the link „cancel“.

As a registered user you can also cancel the newsletter on our homepage. To do this log in, click on „my account“ and choose the last item „Newsletter and Eventim.RO Next“. Here you can cancel the newsletter or the artist’s name from Eventim.RO Next List by deactivating the check mark.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
To cancel the Eventim.RO Newsletter click in the newsletter received under „Impressum“ on the link „cancel“ and send the e-mail that appears without any further data entry. Your e-mail address will then be automatically removed from the distribution list.

As registered user you can also cancel the newsletter from our website. Log on and then click on „My account“ and select the last option „Newsletter and Eventim.RO Next“. Here you can simply cancel by deactivating the tick at the appropriate newsletter or remove the artists name from the Eventim.RO Next list.
